Job Description:

We are seeking high-energy and persuasive Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to anchor our Project 30K market expansion initiative in Lagos (Island & Mainland). In the competitive fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, success is defined by "Trial Conversion", the ability to turn a public encounter into a qualified lead through high-fidelity product education and sampling. This role is designed for "Brand Ambassadors" who can blend "Public Engagement" with the "Data Discipline" required to fuel our Contact Center’s follow-up pipeline.

Your mission is to ensure "Absolute Brand Awareness and Lead Sovereignty." You will be the primary engine of our field operations: responsible for conducting live product demonstrations, managing sampling campaigns, and capturing high-quality prospect data in high-traffic environments. If you possess "Strong Persuasion Skills," a "Target-Driven Mindset," and the "Social Agility" to engage diverse audiences, we want you to drive our market sovereignty.

Requirements:

1. Brand Activation & Sensory Marketing

  • Sensitization Campaigns: Promote and create aggressive awareness for Elkris Foods products through direct, professional public engagement and field activations.

  • Trial Engineering: Conduct high-impact product sampling and demonstrations, allowing potential customers to experience the value proposition firsthand to encourage adoption.

  • Value Communication: Clearly articulate product benefits, nutritional value, and usage instructions to diverse customer segments.

2. Prospecting & Lead Architecture

  • Territory Prospecting: Systematically identify and engage potential customers within assigned Island or Mainland territories.

  • Data Sovereignty: Collect accurate and comprehensive customer data during every engagement, ensuring the Contact Center team has high-fidelity leads for conversion.

  • Lead Handover: Collaborate synchronously with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from field interest to finalized sales.

3. Field Intelligence & Reporting

  • Performance Analytics: Maintain a meticulous daily activity report detailing interaction volumes, prospect quality, and real-time market feedback.

  • Event Support: Provide tactical support during major marketing activations, promotional events, and community-based field campaigns.

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure every interaction is conducted with professional excellence, acting as the "Face of Elkris" in the retail and public landscape.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of OND / NCE / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

  • Experience: Previous experience in Direct Sales, Brand Activation, or Field Marketing is a significant advantage.

  • Location: Must be a resident of Lagos, with proximity to the Island or Mainland commercial hubs.
