Job Description:

We are looking for a high-energy, persuasive, and results-driven Direct Sales Agent to join our team in Onitsha. If you are passionate about connecting people with great products and thrive in a target-driven environment, we want to hear from you.

As a Direct Sales Agent, you will be the face of our company in the field. You will not only be responsible for closing sales but will also play a key role in helping us shape our market presence through direct customer feedback and strategic insights.

Requirements:

Sales Operations & Execution

  • Active Selling: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and cold calling to preparing winning sales proposals.

  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong connections with potential clients to secure new business.

  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Strategic Collaboration

  • Cross-Departmental Synergy: Coordinate sales efforts with other departments (marketing, logistics, and support) to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Market Insight: Assist management in identifying viable marketing and pricing strategies based on your direct interactions with customers in the Onitsha market.

  • Continuous Improvement: Actively seek feedback from both supervisors and clients to continuously improve your sales technique and overall performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Possession of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree from a reputable institution.

  • Experience: 1–5 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role.

  • Age: Must be 28 years old or below.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Persuasion: You have a natural ability to influence others and close deals.

    • Resilience: You remain positive and persistent, even when faced with rejection.

    • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills; you can explain complex features in simple, appealing ways.

    • Analytical Mind: You can quickly assess a client's needs and pivot your sales strategy to match.
