Job Description:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy tailored to hospitality operations and target markets.
- Manage daily digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
- Align online marketing activities with seasonal promotions, room packages, F&B offers, and events.
- Manage the hotel’s presence across OTAs such as Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Hotels.com, and others.
- Optimize OTA listings—content, imagery, pricing, and offers—to increase visibility and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the Revenue/Reservation Manager to monitor rate parity and implement competitive pricing strategies.
- Manage all official social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok), maintaining active engagement with followers.
- Create and schedule high-quality visual and written content aligned with the property’s marketing calendar.
- Monitor guest feedback across TripAdvisor, Google Reviews, and OTA platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Work with the Events & F&B teams to promote live events, seasonal menus, and special experiences.
- Develop and manage monthly newsletters, loyalty updates, and promotional campaigns for past and prospective guests.
- Create and distribute engaging digital content (videos, blogs, press updates) that enhance brand storytelling.
- Implement CRM-driven segmentation to send personalized offers and post-stay.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on digital performance, including website traffic, booking conversions, campaign ROI, and OTA performance.
- Monitor competitor digital activities and benchmark against top-performing hotels in the region.
- Recommend actionable strategies to improve brand ranking and online sales efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with OTA extranets, Channel Managers, and GDS interfaces.
- Expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email automation tools.
- Strong understanding of content management systems (WordPress, Wix, Joomla, or proprietary hotel CMS platforms).
- Experience in data-driven marketing, analytics interpretation, and ROI optimization.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills tailored for hospitality branding.
- Creative eye for visual storytelling and social media aesthetics.

Application Instructions:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital marketing with at least 2 year's experience gained within the hospitality or travel industry.
- Demonstrated success managing OTA and GDS listings, SEO campaigns, and digital sales funnels.
- Knowledge of hotel revenue management principles is an added advantage.
