Job Description:

Social Media & Brand Growth:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to manage and grow Wildfire’s corporate pages across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Facebook).
• Support in creating and scheduling engaging content that aligns with brand objectives and tone.
• Track performance metrics and assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports on page growth and engagement.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to suggest content and strategy improvements.

Campaigns & Digital Initiatives:

• Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media ads, and awareness drives.
• Support lead generation efforts by optimizing digital channels for reach and conversion.
• Work with designers and content writers to ensure brand consistency across all materials.

Collaboration & Feedback:

• Communicate regularly with the marketing team and Digital Marketing Executive to align on goals, strategies, and performance.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and bring forward creative ideas and improvement suggestions.
• Be open to feedback, apply learnings quickly, and maintain a growth mindset.

Requirements:

• Must be a current corps member (preferably serving in Lagos).
• Passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of social media management, analytics, and content strategy.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Workspace, and social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Meta Suite, etc.) is an advantage.
• A proactive attitude — ready to take initiative, contribute ideas, and learn fast.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
