Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile Digital Marketer who is equally comfortable with data-driven strategy and creative execution. You will be the architect of our online presence, responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing full-funnel campaigns while simultaneously designing the high-converting creatives that drive those results. Requirements:
Campaign Strategy: Plan and execute full-funnel campaigns (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion) across social media, search, and email.
Creative & Copywriting: Write compelling ad copy and design high-converting visual assets—including carousels, reels, infographics, and landing page elements—that align with brand identity.
Performance Marketing: Manage Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. You will be responsible for audience targeting, retargeting, bid strategies, and continuous A/B testing to lower CAC and improve ROAS.
Analytics & Reporting: Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager to track conversions, build real-time performance dashboards, and present actionable weekly insights.
Content Management: Plan, schedule, and publish daily content across 3–5 platforms. Use social listening to monitor sentiment, industry trends, and customer pain points.
Web & Email: Manage email automation (Mailchimp/Brevo) and maintain basic landing page integrity on Shopify, WordPress, or Webflow.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: 3+ years of dual-track experience as a Digital Marketer and Graphic Designer.
Technical Proficiency:
Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (targeting, pixels, lookalikes, etc.).
Strong design skills for ads and landing pages.
Basic SEO knowledge (on-page optimization and keyword research).
Tools: Proficient in Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, email marketing tools, and CMS platforms (Shopify/WordPress/Webflow).
Strategic Thinking: Ability to build a content calendar that maps directly to product launches and seasonal trends.
Logistics: Must be willing to attend a physical interview.
Salary
