Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile and strategic Digital Content Manager to lead our online narrative from our Lagos office. You will be the architect of our digital presence, responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our content, from high-level strategy and planning to the hands-on creation of compelling graphics and written assets. Requirements:

• Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive content roadmap that aligns with our organizational goals and outreach missions.

• Creative Production: Produce high-quality digital graphics and sharp, professional written content for our websites, social media channels, and marketing collateral.

• Platform Management: Oversee our web and social content ecosystems, ensuring consistency, engagement, and alignment with our brand voice.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams to ensure a unified digital strategy that amplifies our mission and improves our public-facing initiatives.

• Optimization: Continuously monitor content performance, using data to refine our approach and maximize audience reach and engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in digital content management or a similar creative role. Experience with non-profit organizations is considered an advantage.
