Job Description:
We are seeking a narratively elite and operationally agile Digital Content & Community Manager to anchor the brand-voice and digital-presence engine of our organization. In the high-velocity world of events and lifestyle where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of the live experience and the precision of the digital-filter success is defined by "Narrative Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize high-end content creation with the clinical precision required for Community-Conversion Architecture, Real-Time Event Storytelling, and Audience-Growth Governance. This role is designed as an "Experience Command Center" a critical residency for an ambitious digital storyteller who can blend "Creative Grit" (mastering the complexities of platform-specific trends and live-event coverage) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Digital Workflows.
Requirements:
1. Narrative Sovereignty & Content Architecture
Sovereignty of the Feed: Develop and execute a consistent content calendar aligned with event timelines, acting as the primary "Source of Brand-Identity Throughput."
Creative Architecture: Brief designers and create high-conversion copy for all digital touchpoints, providing the "Structural Foundation" for visual excellence.
Integrity Stewardship: Ensure every reel, story, and post aligns with the brand’s unique "Tone & Voice," ensuring the "Source of Audience-Trust" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Community Governance & Relationship Logic
Relationship Sovereignty: Manage all community channels (WhatsApp, IG Inboxes, Comments), acting as the primary "Source of Audience-Interaction Momentum."
Conversion Architecture: Implement engagement-driven strategies that turn followers into event attendees, providing the "Functional Foundation" for loyalty and growth.
Sentiment Stewardship: Monitor and flag recurring feedback/trends to the wider team, maintaining the "Source of Market-Relevance."
3. Live-Event Velocity & Performance Power
Coverage Sovereignty: Lead real-time social media coverage during events, acting as the primary "Source of Live-Experience-to-Digital Translation."
Process Architecture: Utilize Content-Production Toolkits to coordinate with videographers and manage live assets, providing the "Relational Foundation" for high-volume engagement.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Analytics-Expertise to accelerate the "Post-Event Insight-to-Action" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Campaign Growth Momentum."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in social media management or digital content creation, specifically within events, lifestyle brands, or entertainment.
Technical Power: Mastery of social media management tools, Canva/Adobe Suite, and digital analytics platforms.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating content creation across multiple platforms is mandatory.
Aptitude: Excellent copywriting skills with a deep understanding of platform-specific algorithms; high energy and genuine passion for community building.
Mindset: Proactive, highly organized, and ready to maintain "Digital Sovereignty" in a fast-paced event environment.
