We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Dialysis Nurse to provide top-tier, patient-centered care. In this role, you will be the backbone of our clinical operations, managing the end-to-end dialysis process while ensuring the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and patient comfort. Requirements:

• Clinical Management: Oversee the complete dialysis process, from initial patient admission and assessment through to post-treatment discharge.

• Patient Care: Deliver safe, individualized care, ensuring patient vitals and treatment parameters are monitored continuously.

• Team Collaboration: Partner with the Head Nurse and the broader medical team to execute clinical procedures and respond effectively to emergencies.

• Administrative Oversight: Maintain precise, up-to-date patient records using hospital IT systems and manage scheduling to ensure seamless daily clinic operations.

• Leadership & Development: Support the onboarding and training of new nursing staff and assist in outreach initiatives to promote our center's specialized services.

• Compliance: Strictly adhere to all clinical protocols, safety regulations, and industry-standard health guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Compulsory).

• Certification: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Nursing & Midwifery Council.

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a dialysis or related renal specialty setting.

• Clinical Competence: Proficient in dialysis machinery operation, infection control practices, and emergency response.

• Professionalism: Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure clinical environment.
