We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• The Designer will be responsible for creating innovative and high-quality tile designs, ensuring alignment with industry trends, production feasibility, and client requirements.
• The role requires proficiency in design software, creativity, and an understanding of ceramic manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize design software (Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, SketchUp, Rhino, or specialized tile tools) to produce prototypes and final deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate feedback into designs.
• Conceptualize, create, and refine tile designs for various applications.
• Stay updated on trends in tile materials, patterns, and design correction practices.
• Prepare detailed design documentation including specifications, mockups, and revision histories.
• Support project timelines by prioritizing design tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Ensure designs meet quality standards in line with ceramic manufacturing requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Certifications such as Adobe Certified or equivalent professional design qualifications.
• 3–5 years’ total and relevant experience in Ceramic manufacturing or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of color theory, typography, material science, and tile design correction.
