Platform Finance is a newly established CBN approved financial company, which provides loans, investment, and assets management services. Our office is located in Victoria Island, Lagos state.

Job Description:

• We are urgently seeking a highly experienced and result-driven Credit Sales & Marketing professional (15 years experience) to join our team at a Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager level.
• The ideal candidate must have a strong background in financial services, with proven leadership in driving credit sales growth, managing client portfolios, and delivering consistent revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive end-to-end credit sales strategy to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Oversee marketing of financial products to both new and existing high-value clients.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships and partnerships.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the organization’s credit portfolio.
• Supervise and support credit onboarding, evaluation, and approval processes in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Provide market intelligence and contribute to strategic sales planning and execution.
• Mentor and guide junior sales executives to improve team performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years proven experience in credit sales, marketing, or business development within a financial institution or finance house.
• Strong leadership and team management experience (must have held a supervisory or managerial role).
• Deep understanding of credit products, risk assessment, and financial sales processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must reside within or close to Lekki, Lagos.
• Strong target-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Open to negotiation based on experience and performance history.
