We are seeking a smart, well-spoken, and strategically elite Dental Receptionist to anchor the patient engine of our facility. In the competitive dental healthcare market, success is defined by "Patient Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize professional welcoming with the clinical precision required for Lead Conversion, high-fidelity appointment scheduling, and multi-platform communication management. This role is designed for an "Experience Architect" with an HND/BSc who can blend "Communication Grit" (converting inquiries into booked appointments) with the "Technical Agility" required to master Google Calendar, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools.
Requirements:
1. Inquiry Orchestration & Conversion Governance
Conversion Sovereignty: Lead the effort to convert leads and inquiries into booked appointments with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Clinical Growth."
Platform Architecture: Manage phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries with professional poise, ensuring every interaction acts as a "Source of Brand Trust."
Scheduling Stewardship: Coordinate patient appointments efficiently using Google Calendar, maintaining the "Source of Operational Flow" for the medical team.
2. Patient Resilience & Communication Logic
Reception Sovereignty: Welcome and attend to patients with high-fidelity professionalism, acting as the primary "Source of First Impressions."
Follow-up Architecture: Execute rigorous post-treatment and review follow-ups, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for patient retention and long-term care.
Liaison Stewardship: Ensure "Zero-Friction" communication between doctors and patients, maintaining the "Source of Clinical Transparency."
3. Data Integrity & Technical Power

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of HND / BSc in any related field.
