Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Data Quality Analyst to anchor the intelligence engine of our AI and BI operations. In the specialized landscape of Artificial Intelligence, success is defined by "Data Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize massive datasets with the clinical precision required for Labeling Accuracy, Annotation Validation, and Formatting Consistency. This role is designed for an "Integrity Architect" with 5–7 years of experience who can blend "Statistical Grit" (auditing datasets for anomalies) with the "Strategic Agility" required to prevent model bias and maintain trustworthy AI systems.

Requirements:

1. Quality Orchestration & Audit Governance

• Audit Sovereignty: Conduct millimetric audits of datasets to ensure reliability and accuracy, acting as the primary "Source of Information Trust."

• Annotation Architecture: Validate labeling accuracy and annotation consistency for AI training, providing the "Structural Foundation" for high-performance model development.

• Integrity Stewardship: Monitor dataset health across all projects, ensuring the "Source of Prediction Reliability" remains elite and uncompromised.

2. Validation Resilience & Systemic Logic

• Validation Sovereignty: Develop and implement rigorous data quality checks and validation rules, acting as the primary "Source of Error Detection."

• Anomaly Architecture: Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and formatting errors, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for clean, model-ready data.

• Governance Stewardship: Apply data governance concepts to maintain high-quality standards, maintaining the "Source of Compliance" with project guidelines.

3. Model Integrity & Strategic Power

• Bias Sovereignty: Assess dataset completeness to prevent model bias, acting as the primary "Source of Ethical AI Training."

• Reporting Architecture: Document quality findings and validation results for stakeholders, providing the "Visual Foundation" for data-driven decision making.

• Operational Logic: Utilize 5–7 years of data operations expertise to identify anomalies that others miss, maximizing the "Source of Systemic Intelligence."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Information Systems.

• Experience: 5–7 years in data quality, analytics, or data operations.

• Certification: Must be certified in Google Data Analytics or Microsoft Data Fundamentals. (Data Governance or Management certifications are a high-value advantage).
