We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from logistics operations, fleet management systems, and other business functions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management decision-making.
- Track and interpret logistics trends such as trip efficiency, fuel consumption, downtime, and route optimization.
- Collaborate with the Operations and Fleet Teams to identify data-driven process improvements.
- Conduct root-cause analysis of operational inefficiencies and propose evidence-based recommendations.
- Manage data integrity and ensure accurate record keeping within the company’s digital platforms.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly analytics reports to support business and client reporting requirements.
- Work closely with management to forecast operational needs and optimize resource allocation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3 – 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in logistics, transport, or supply chain sectors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
- Solid understanding of logistics operations and fleet performance metrics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate technical data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with database management Sytems.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
