We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• The Cyber Security Expert is responsible for protecting the organization’s digital assets, systems, and networks from cyber threats.
• This role involves designing and implementing security measures, monitoring for potential vulnerabilities, and responding to incidents to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company data and IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain robust cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor network traffic and systems for security breaches, threats, and vulnerabilities.
• Conduct regular security assessments, penetration tests, and risk analysis.
• Respond to security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS).
• Manage firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), antivirus software, and encryption technologies.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure system architecture and application development.
• Provide training and awareness sessions to staff on cybersecurity best practices.
• Stay updated on emerging cyber threats, technologies, and trends, recommending proactive measures.
• Prepare reports on security status, incidents, and risk mitigation efforts for management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree or certifications are an advantage).
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in cybersecurity, information security, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and SIEM tools.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices, cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), and incident response.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and risk assessment skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
