Job Description:
We are seeking a sophisticated and strategic Customer Value Proposition (CVP) Officer to shape the future of our Private Banking experience. In the world of HNW banking, value extends far beyond financial returns; it is defined by exclusivity, seamless service, and lifestyle integration.
You will be the architect of the Private Banking brand, ensuring it remains distinct and aspirational across our physical lounges in Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt, as well as through our digital and global platforms. Your mission is to curate a high-end ecosystem—from luxury concierge services to strategic merchant partnerships—that anticipates the needs of our most prestigious clients. Requirements:
1. Brand Stewardship & Physical Presence
Lounge Excellence: Maintain a consistent, world-class "look and feel" across Private Banking lounges, ensuring our physical touchpoints reflect the brand's premium status.
Collateral Governance: Collaborate with Marketing to produce high-end brochures and marketing materials that resonate with a sophisticated audience.
Digital Oversight: Maintain a distinct and updated presence for the Private Banking website, ensuring it serves as a functional and aesthetic portal for clients.
2. Lifestyle & Concierge Integration
Concierge Management: Lead the launch and day-to-day management of concierge services, acting as the primary liaison for service providers to ensure flawless delivery.
Merchant Partnerships: Manage and expand a curated network of merchant lifestyle partners to enhance the day-to-day experience of Private Banking customers.
Global Collaboration: Manage collaborative platforms with FBN UK and other international partners to provide a seamless global banking experience.
3. Insight-Driven Innovation
Trend Analysis: Liaise with Private Bankers and HNW clients to identify emerging global trends in luxury and financial services.
Product Evolution: Identify opportunities to improve existing products or launch new ones based on a deep, data-driven understanding of customer feedback and unmet needs.
Information Security: Comply with the Bank’s Information Security Handbook to protect sensitive HNW data and maintain the highest level of client trust.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: First Degree in any discipline (Minimum 2.2) or HND (Minimum Upper Credit).
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in Banking or Finance.
Domain Knowledge: Proven understanding of Private Banking, HNW customer behavior, and premium lifestyle trends.
Core Competencies
Relationship Management: Exceptional ability to manage vendors, merchant partners, and high-level internal stakeholders.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate abstract "aspirational" goals into concrete service offerings and products.
