Job Description:
We are seeking a sophisticated and strategic Customer Value Proposition (CVP) Officer to curate and manage the "Private Banking Experience." In this role, you will be the guardian of the brand's aspirational identity, ensuring that our services go beyond traditional banking to encompass elite lifestyle management, seamless concierge services, and exclusive merchant partnerships.
As the CVP Officer, you will bridge the gap between customer needs and service delivery. You will manage the aesthetic and functional standards of our lounges in Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt, while simultaneously identifying new market trends to keep our value proposition ahead of the curve. Requirements:
1. Brand & Experience Management
Lounge Governance: Maintain the premium "look and feel" of our Private Banking lounges nationwide, ensuring a consistent and elite physical environment.
Collateral Strategy: Interface with Marketing and Corporate Communications to produce high-end brochures and marketing materials that resonate with HNWIs (High Net Worth Individuals).
Digital Oversight: Maintain the Private Banking website’s integrity, ensuring digital touchpoints reflect the brand’s exclusivity.
2. Lifestyle & Concierge Ecosystem
Concierge Operations: Lead the launch and day-to-day management of concierge services, ensuring service providers deliver seamless, high-touch assistance to clients.
Merchant Partnerships: Curate and manage relationships with luxury lifestyle partners and merchants to provide exclusive value-adds and enhanced customer experiences.
Global Collaboration: Manage collaborative platforms with FBN UK and other international partners to offer a global banking perspective.
3. Product Innovation & Insights
Trend Analysis: Liaise with Private Bankers and stakeholders to identify emerging trends and high-end lifestyle shifts.
Service Optimization: Deeply analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for new products or the improvement of existing services.
Information Security: Comply with all Information Security Handbook principles to protect the sensitive data of our elite clientele.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of a First Degree (2.2) or HND (Upper Credit) in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in the Banking or Finance sector.
Domain Knowledge: Previous experience in Private Banking, Customer Experience, or Brand Management is highly preferred.
Core Competencies
Relationship Management: Expert ability to manage vendors, merchant partners, and high-level internal stakeholders.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to translate customer data into actionable "Excitement" features (Kano Model).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills for high-end collateral development and presentation.
Discretion & Integrity: High level of professionalism in handling confidential client information.
