Job Description:

  • The Customer Service Support Representative plays a key role in coordinating activities across multiple departments to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer satisfaction. This role combines customer relationship management, sales support, and operational coordination.
  • The ideal candidate is resourceful, proactive, visionary, and results-driven, with the ability to manage customer relationships, support business development efforts, and contribute to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Relationship Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, accounts, and documentation
  • Handle customer complaints and provide timely, effective solutions
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services
  • Provide accurate information to prospective and existing clients
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Troubleshoot basic product/service-related concerns

Sales & Business Development Support:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Support lead generation and conversion activities
  • Assist in preparing proposals, RFQs, ITTs, quotations, and contracts
  • Support sales teams in closing deals and managing client relationships
  • Engage customers to understand evolving needs and improve service delivery

Operations & Administrative Support:

  • Support operations across the company and its sister companies:
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities and project execution
  • Source and engage vendors; negotiate contracts and pricing
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Support inventory tracking and procurement planning
  • Analyze and improve workflows and operational processes

General Duties:

  • Prepare presentations, proposals, invoices, and purchase orders
  • Support marketing, sales, and field/project activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, procurement, admin)
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience in customer service, sales support, or operations
  • Experience working in a multi-functional or fast-paced environment is an advantage
