Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Service / Front Desk Officer to lead our front-line operations in Abuja. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our brand, ensuring every client interaction is met with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency. Beyond standard reception duties, you will manage a junior team, process high-level requests, and drive revenue through client conversions. This position is ideal for a calm, computer-savvy professional who excels at turning inquiries into satisfied, long-term clients.

Requirements:

  • Relationship Management: Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude toward all customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

  • Inquiry Handling: Respond promptly and accurately to customer questions across multiple communication channels.

  • Conflict Resolution: Proactively acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, maintaining composure even in high-stress situations.

  • Product Expertise: Master our product and service offerings to provide insightful answers and guidance to prospects.
