Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Customer Care Sales Specialist to join our growth team. In a competitive market, success is defined by "Service-to-Sales Integration", the ability to turn routine support inquiries into high-value sales opportunities. This role is designed for a "Solutions Architect" with at least 1 year of experience who can blend "Empathetic Communication" with the "Negotiation Grit" required to close deals and maintain long-term client loyalty.

Your mission is to ensure "Exceptional Guest Experience and Proactive Revenue Generation." You will be the primary voice of our brand: responsible for managing multi-channel interactions, resolving complex complaints, and utilizing CRM data to identify upselling opportunities. If you possess "Persuasion Mastery," proficiency in CRM systems, and a track record of meeting sales targets, we want you to drive our commercial expansion.

Requirements:

1. Omni-Channel Engagement & Consultation

  • Responsive Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across phone, email, social media, and in-person touchpoints.

  • Product Advocacy: Provide accurate, expert-level information regarding products, services, and pricing to guide customers toward informed purchasing decisions.

  • Consultative Selling: Identify latent customer needs and recommend tailored solutions that solve their problems while driving business revenue.

2. Sales Conversion & Relationship Stewardship

  • Inquiry-to-Opportunity Mapping: Systematically convert routine service inquiries into active sales leads and successful closings.

  • Proactive Retention: Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction, manage feedback, and encourage repeat business through relationship building.

  • Resolution Governance: Handle customer complaints with professional poise, ensuring timely resolution that restores trust and prevents churn.

3. Data Integrity & Commercial Collaboration

  • CRM Stewardship: Update and maintain customer databases with high-fidelity records of interactions, transactions, and feedback.

  • Sales Synergy: Collaborate closely with the broader sales and marketing teams to share customer insights and improve the overall user experience.

  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and customer satisfaction (CSAT) goals through disciplined daily activity.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in customer service, sales, or CRM management.

  • Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern CRM platforms.
