Job Description:

Are you an expert in customer lifecycle management looking to drive strategic growth? We are seeking a results-driven CRM Manager to oversee our integration of FreshSales, FreshDesk, and Freshservices, and lead our CRM strategy across all departments.

Requirements:

• CRM Strategy & Integration: Lead the end-to-end integration and optimization of CRM platforms, automation workflows, and databases.

• Performance Analytics: Design reporting frameworks to track CRM performance, campaign ROI, revenue forecasting, and customer trends.

• Team Leadership: Supervise CRM specialists and sales reporting teams while fostering collaboration across sales, marketing, product, and customer service.

• Customer Engagement: Develop and execute high-impact strategies to improve acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value.

• Operational Excellence: Monitor lead nurturing systems and ensure data integrity, compliance, and quality across all CRM touchpoints.

• Training: Provide internal team support and training on CRM best practices and process optimization.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Economics, or a related field.

• Experience: 5–10 years of proven experience in CRM management, administration, or customer success.

• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrable expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics) and customer engagement tools like Omni Desk.

• Skill Set: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights; excellence in stakeholder management and project execution.
