Job Description:

Entourage Integrated Trust Limited is seeking a proactive and analytically sharp Credit Officer to drive our lending operations across strategic locations in Kaduna State (Kawo New Market, Mando, Kasuwan Bacci, and Dattawa). This is a pivotal role where financial assessment meets community engagement.

Your mission is to facilitate seamless lending for our clients by accurately evaluating creditworthiness while safeguarding the institution's assets through diligent risk analysis and consistent repayment collection. Requirements:

1. Credit Assessment & Risk Intelligence

• Financial Evaluation: Review loan requests and perform deep-dive assessments of clients’ financial statuses to ensure viability.

• Risk Profiling: Analyze risk ratios and creditworthiness to make informed decisions on loan approvals or rejections.

• Loan Structuring: Set up sustainable payment plans that align with the client’s cash flow while protecting the company's capital.

2. Portfolio Management & Field Operations

• Field Engagement: Visit clients at key market locations (Kawo, Mando, etc.) to gather financial data, verify documentation, and build trusted relationships.

• Repayment Oversight: Lead the daily and weekly collection of repayments, ensuring a healthy portfolio-at-risk (PAR) level.

• Lifecycle Tracking: Maintain meticulous records of loan applications, monitor the progress of existing loans, and manage timely renewals.

3. Compliance & Client Relations

• Records Governance: Ensure all loan documentation is updated, accurate, and compliant with internal lending procedures.

• Customer Excellence: Serve as a brand ambassador, providing excellent customer service to ensure a smooth and professional borrowing experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: NCE, OND, HND, or BSc in Banking and Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven work experience as a Credit Officer or Loan Officer with hands-on knowledge of lending procedures.

• Technical Skills: Ability to create and process financial spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and analyze complex financial data.
