We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

This role requires an individual who excels at assessing financial risk and analyzing creditworthiness. Join our growing team as a Credit Analyst to support sound lending decisions and portfolio performance, evaluate loan applications, assess creditworthiness, and recommend approval or decline based on risk analysis.

• Analyze financial statements and customer background for loan qualification.
• Conduct credit risk assessments and make sound lending recommendations.
• Monitor loan performance and flag early warning signs.
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with loan officers and recovery teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in credit analysis within the banking sector.
• Strong knowledge of SME and retail loan assessment procedures.
• Proficiency in credit scoring tools and financial modeling.
