Job Description:

• Conceptualize and design creative assets for digital, social media, print, and multimedia campaigns.

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative design solutions that meet client goals.

• Ensure consistency in brand identity, visual storytelling, and messaging across all platforms.

• Design marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, social media posts, presentations, and advertisements.

• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within established timelines.

• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the agency’s output fresh and relevant.

• Work with copywriters, strategists, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns.

• Review and refine designs based on feedback while maintaining high creative standards.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across various media.

• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects; Figma, CorelDraw, etc.).

• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of branding, typography, and visual composition.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.

• Creative thinker with attention to detail and the ability to adapt to client needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of proven experience as a Creative Designer or in a similar role.
