Job Description:

We are seeking high-velocity and structurally elite Graduate Trainees to anchor the future leadership engine of our QSR operations. In a specialized fast-food landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the service and the precision of the operational standards success is defined by "Foundational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize academic knowledge with the clinical precision required for Day-to-Day Operations, Project Assistance, and Record Management. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect", specifically a Bachelor’s degree holder with 0–2 years of experience who can blend "Learning Grit" (absorbing complex QSR workflows) with the "Analytical Agility" required to support departmental projects and maintain accurate reports.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Learning Governance

  • Learning Sovereignty: Participate in structured training and on-the-job learning sessions with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Knowledge Absorption."

  • Operational Architecture: Support day-to-day activities within assigned departments, providing the "Structural Foundation" for seamless restaurant or corporate function.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Comply with all company policies and operational standards, ensuring the "Source of Brand Consistency" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Analytical Logic

  • Project Sovereignty: Assist with assigned projects and specialized tasks, acting as the primary "Source of Supplemental Output."

  • Record Architecture: Maintain up-to-date and accurate records and reports, providing the "Functional Foundation" for data-driven departmental decisions.

  • System Stewardship: Utilize Microsoft Excel to track performance metrics or inventory data, maintaining the "Source of Operational Clarity."

3. Operational Integrity & Growth Power

  • Problem-Solving Sovereignty: Utilize analytical skills to identify and resolve daily operational challenges, acting as the primary "Source of Practical Solutions."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Food Science, or a related field.

  • Experience: 0 – 2 years of work experience (NYSC completed or currently serving).

  • Technical Power: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Strong Excel skills are critical).

  • Attributes: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
