Job Description:
Are you an expert in talent acquisition with a passion for building high-performing teams? We are looking for a results-driven Corporate Recruiter to join our team in Lagos. In this role, you will be the bridge between our company’s growth objectives and top-tier talent, managing the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure we attract and onboard the best professionals in the market.
Requirements:
Strategic Planning: Partner directly with department heads to identify hiring needs and craft comprehensive recruitment strategies.
Performance Tracking: Own our hiring goals (quarterly and annual) and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including time-to-hire, source-of-hire, and time-to-fill to continuously improve efficiency.
End-to-End Candidate Experience: Manage all candidate interactions from initial application through to seamless onboarding, ensuring a world-class experience.
Active Sourcing: Build strong talent pipelines by sourcing candidates across job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Assessment & Interviewing: Conduct effective screening calls, video interviews, and in-person assessments using industry-standard tools and testing methods.
Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador, overseeing internal and external communication to maintain a stellar reputation on platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other social media channels.
Networking: Coordinate and represent the company at hiring events and job fairs to build our professional network.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: A BSc in Human Resources Management or a closely related field.
Experience: Proven work experience as an In-house Recruiter with a solid grasp of full-cycle recruitment processes.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Expertise: Deep understanding of HR best practices and local labor legislation.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of successfully managing diverse interview processes (panel, video, or in-person).
Social Recruiting: Demonstrated ability to leverage social media platforms to identify and attract top talent.
