Job Description:
- To carry out programmes that will enhance the external image of the company according to statutory and company requirements.
Requirements:
- First Degree in any discipline MBA/MSC
- CA policies, compliance systems and guidelines Expert knowledge on CA
- Negoitiation with The Government on topical issues
- 10+ years experience in strategic public Affairs and communications roles
- A hands-on expert with ability to balance strategic decision making, innovative thinking and a pragmatic approach to implementation.
- Critical thinking, strong networking, written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of working in different business functions ·
- Experience of senior-level negotiations and conflict Management and a flexible approach to resolving issues.
- Team management experience, in particular the management of Public Affairs and Government stakeholders ·
- Self Confidence and ability to communicate at all levels of Seniority and operate effectively cross-functionally.
