About Company:
Sproxil Nigeria Limited - Our client, AISHA Technologies is building a clinically governed, AI-powered primary healthcare network on WhatsApp. We deliver safe medical triage to patients and equip informal providers (PPMVs and pharmacists) with decision-support tools to improve healthcare quality across underserved communities in Nigeria and Africa.
Job Description:
- We are seeking a licensed Medical Doctor to support our clinical governance, content validation, and AI safety systems.
- You will serve as a clinical authority for AISHA, ensuring that all medical guidance, triage workflows, and AI outputs are accurate, safe, and aligned with Nigerian clinical guidelines.
- You will work closely with our product, engineering, and operations teams to maintain medical integrity across the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate AI-generated medical responses and triage flows
- Develop and approve clinical protocols aligned with Nigerian guidelines
- Define red-flag symptoms and escalation pathways
- Supervise human-in-the-loop workflows for complex or high-risk cases
- Support training content for PPMVs and pharmacists on AISHA Pro
- Participate in quality assurance audits of medical advice
- Provide clinical input on new features and product updates
- Support regulatory and compliance readiness where needed
Requirements:
- Licensed Medical Doctor (MBBS or equivalent) in Nigeria
- Current practising license with MDCN
- 3+ years of clinical experience (primary care, emergency, or public health preferred)
- Strong understanding of common primary care conditions in Nigeria
- Interest in digital health, AI, or health innovation
- Ability to work independently and review clinical content efficiently
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with telemedicine or digital health platforms
- Experience training healthcare workers or community providers
- Public health or family medicine background
- Interest in health systems strengthening
