Job Description:

This full-time Contract Manager role, based in Lagos, is responsible for overseeing and managing all contracts related to the company’s engineering and construction projects. Key duties include drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and ensuring strict compliance with contractual agreements.

The Contract Manager will collaborate closely with multiple departments and stakeholders to guarantee smooth project execution, while monitoring contract performance and proactively managing any issues or disputes that arise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of proven experience in contract acquisition and bid submission.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Contract Manager (CCM) are highly advantageous.
• Strong expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
• In-depth knowledge of contract compliance and performance management.
• Solid understanding of the oil and gas industry, including license and statutory renewal processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management and effective stakeholder communication.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Proximity to Lagos or willingness to relocate is an added advantage.
