Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting engaging and informative content that strengthens the comany's brand voice and resonates with the audience. This role involves developing materials that effectively showcase the company's services, share thought leadership, and convey key insights.
Requirements:

Create, revise, and proofread a variety of content formats, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, social media content, and newsletters.

Develop and implement content strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and target audience needs.

Collaborate with the marketing team, HR consultants, and subject matter experts to gather relevant insights for content creation.

Support marketing campaigns by delivering high-quality content tailored to campaign goals.

Work alongside the Managing Director to shape and execute content strategy.

Produce content that engages the target audience and encourages interaction.

Maintain consistency in brand messaging and tone across all content platforms.

Conduct market research and stay informed on industry trends to guide content direction.

Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers to support business growth.

Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Evaluate sales data to identify trends and opportunities for performance improvement.

Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with a focus on securing favorable outcomes
Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in content writing.

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Solid understanding of SEO principles and hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS).

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.

Proven leadership and team coordination capabilities.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Strong ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.

Sharp research skills with keen attention to detail.

Experience in managing social media platforms and promoting content online.
Salary
