Job Description:

We are seeking a high-energy, trend-savvy Content Creator & Social Media Manager to be the digital voice of our beauty brand. In the world of skincare and makeup, visual proof and community trust are everything. You won't just be "posting"; you will be building a digital movement.

Your mission is to bridge the gap between our high-quality products and the vibrant Nigerian/African beauty community. From filming viral TikTok tutorials to managing influencer partnerships and analyzing conversion data, you will own our brand story end-to-end. If you have an "eye" for aesthetics and the "mind" for social analytics, we want to see your portfolio.

Requirements:

1. Visual Content Engineering

• Multimedia Production: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality photos, Reels, and TikToks that highlight product textures, application tutorials, and "before & after" transformations.

• Brand Voice Alignment: Craft compelling, witty, and informative captions that resonate with the Nigerian beauty enthusiast while maintaining professional brand standards.

• Product Storytelling: Work with product teams to translate technical skincare benefits into digestible, "shoppable" content for our audience.

2. Strategic Growth & Community Management

• Strategy Execution: Develop and implement a cross-platform strategy (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) designed to drive both online sales and physical foot traffic to our stores.

• Community Architecture: Act as the brand's heart by responding to messages/comments and moderating discussions to build deep brand loyalty.

• Influencer Coordination: Identify and manage relationships with beauty influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our reach across the African market.

3. Analytics & Trend Forecasting

• Insight-Driven Content: Design and manage a monthly content calendar based on key metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) rather than guesswork.

• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of fast-moving trends in the Nigerian beauty space, ensuring our brand is always "the first to the conversation."

• Reporting: Prepare monthly reports for the marketing team, translating social data into actionable business growth insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: Proven experience in content creation and social media management, specifically within the Beauty, Skincare, or Fashion sectors.

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating skills in mobile photography, video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.), and graphic design.

• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Nigerian and African social media landscape, including platform-specific nuances and local trends.

Core Competencies

• Aesthetic Eye: An innate ability to create "scroll-stopping" visual content.

• Technical Savvy: Proficiency with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later) and analytics platforms.
