Job Description:

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, infographics, reels, podcasts, etc.) for social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns.

• Develop creative concepts and campaigns to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and conversions.

• Manage the company’s social media platforms by scheduling posts, monitoring performance, and engaging with followers.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all content.

• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve visibility and ranking.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, digital content formats, and social media algorithms.

• Track and analyze content performance metrics to recommend improvements.

• Work with designers, videographers, and other team members to produce high-quality multimedia content.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or similar role (experience in beauty/cosmetics industry is a plus).
• Strong skills in photography, videography, editing, and graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
• Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Creativity, innovation, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
