Job Description:

Contact Center Agent

Requirements:

• We are looking for smart and articulate OND holders (23 years or younger) to join our Contact Center team.
• You’ll be responsible for attending to customer calls, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about our services.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must have OND (only)
• Must be 23 years old or below
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willing to work shifts and weekends.
