Registree Corp is seeking proactive, field-oriented Consultants to lead our business onboarding and tax data collection initiatives. In a rapidly formalizing economy, accurate data is the backbone of growth. Your mission is to serve as a frontline representative, engaging businesses within assigned territories to bring them into the formal digital ecosystem.
You will act as both an educator and a data specialist—helping business owners understand the value of formal registration while meticulously gathering the financial and tax-related information required for compliance. Requirements:
1. Market Engagement & Onboarding
Business Identification: Systematically identify and engage unmapped businesses within your assigned geographic location.
Platform Integration: Guide business owners through the process of onboarding onto the Registree platform, ensuring all profiles are complete and accurate.
Value Advocacy: Educate entrepreneurs on the strategic benefits of formal tax compliance and official business registration to foster long-term cooperation.
2. Data Governance & Tax Collection
Precision Data Capture: Collect and verify sensitive business, financial, and tax-related data points using digital data collection tools.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all submitted records meet strict company standards for accuracy, legibility, and completeness.
Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of integrity and adhere to data protection guidelines when handling proprietary business information.
3. Territory & Performance Management
Field Independence: Manage your daily schedule and route planning to maximize the number of successful engagements within your territory.
Target Achievement: Drive results to maximize performance-linked base pay and earn additional commissions on paying clients.
Digital Literacy: Utilize mobile tools for real-time data synchronization and activity reporting.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: University degree in a relevant field; Accounting qualifications (ACA) are highly desirable.
Experience: Previous experience in field sales, data collection, or tax consulting is a significant advantage.
Technical IQ: High comfort level with using mobile apps or digital platforms for field data entry.
