We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Manager located in Lagos.
• The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Typical tasks include supervising site staff, managing project control measures, ensuring construction safety standards are met, and handling budgeting and financial aspects of the project.
• The Construction Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Must be COREN registered with minimum 5 years experience
• Proficiency in Supervisory Skills and Project Control
• Expertise in Budgeting and Construction Safety
• Solid understanding of general Construction practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
