FSI Capital & Investment Limited was incorporated in the year 2014 to carry on the business of forex trading and other ancillary services in the financial sector. We are licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria to carry our Burea De Change through our subsidiary company, Green fillet Bureau De Change Limited. We deal mainly in the three (3) major world currencies: American Dollars (USD), Great British pounds (GBP) and Euros. We offer a broad range of services to our diversified client base that includes individuals and corporate entities.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Officer to ensure that our organization adheres to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring compliance activities, advising management on regulatory matters, and promoting a strong culture of compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Develop, review, and update compliance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments and internal audits.
  • Provide regulatory guidance and compliance support to business units.
  • Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies.
  • Coordinate staff training on compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with regulators and external auditors when required.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of compliance activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory roles, preferably within a Microfinance Bank (MFB), financial services institution, FX company, or audit firm.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
