We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking a Compliance Manager to ensure the company operates within Nigerian and UK legal frameworks.
• This role requires a strong legal background and deep expertise in fintech compliance and financial security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain company-wide compliance policies
• Ensure adherence to Nigerian & UK financial regulations
• Oversee regulatory audits, licensing, and filings
• Implement and monitor compliance with:
• PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard)
• ISO 27001 (Information Security Management)
• NCCF (Nigerian Cybersecurity Code of Practice)
• UK FCA Standards
• GDPR
• Conduct compliance training across departments
• Monitor AML/CTF processes
• Act as the primary liaison with regulators in Nigeria & the UK

Requirements:

• LLB with practice experience in Nigeria (UK qualification is a plus)
• 5+ years in compliance management within financial services
• Strong knowledge of fintech compliance frameworks
• Expertise in PCI DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR, FCA, NCCF, AML/KYC
• Excellent communication & regulatory negotiation skills.
