Job Description:

We are seeking a structurally elite and operationally rigorous Compliance and Legal Governance Officer to anchor the regulatory immune system and legal-defense engine of our organization. In a specialized operational landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of regulatory compliance and the precision of the contractual-filter success is defined by "Regulatory Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex statutory requirements with the clinical precision required for Contractual Fidelity, Inspection Management, and Governance Best-Practices. This role is designed as a "Corporate-Integrity Launchpad" a critical residency for an ambitious legal/compliance professional who can blend "Governance Grit" (mastering the complexities of regulatory filings and breach investigations) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Compliance Workflows.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Regulatory Governance

  • Sovereignty of the License: Monitor regulatory updates and act as the primary interface with government agencies, acting as the "Source of Regulatory Throughput."

  • Compliance Architecture: Develop, implement, and monitor compliance certificates, providing the "Structural Foundation" for all operational activities.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Ensure strict adherence to corporate governance principles, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Ethics" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Contractual Logic

  • Contractual Sovereignty: Review, draft, and negotiate critical agreements, acting as the primary "Source of Legal-Risk Mitigation."

  • Investigation Architecture: Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions, providing the "Functional Foundation" for organizational health.

  • Audit Stewardship: Manage inspections, investigations, and inquiries from regulators, maintaining the "Source of Operational Continuity."

3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power

  • Communication Sovereignty: Provide compliance training to staff, acting as the primary "Source of Internal Governance Alignment."

  • Process Architecture: Utilize Legal-Filing Toolkits to ensure the timely submission of all statutory reports, providing the "Relational Foundation" for certificate renewals.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize Legal-Framework expertise to accelerate the "Policy-to-Implementation" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Corporate Momentum."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Labour Relations (or a closely related field) from a reputable institution.

  • Experience: 3–4 years of relevant experience in a high-caliber Compliance/Legal role.

  • Location/Demographics: Candidate must reside in Ojota, Ketu, or surrounding environs. (Female preference, ages 27–30).

  • Technical Power: Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, risk management, and contract negotiation.

  • Aptitude: Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; capable of working independently under significant pressure.

  • Mindset: High-integrity, detail-oriented, and proactive in maintaining organizational compliance.
