Job Description:
We are looking for a meticulous, proactive, and integrity-driven Compliance and Admin Officer to serve as the backbone of our operational integrity. In this role, you will be the guardian of our regulatory standards and the primary support for our administrative documentation. You will bridge the gap between regulatory requirements and day-to-day operations, ensuring that the organization remains compliant, efficient, and audit-ready at all times.

Requirements:
Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
Regulatory Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies and government agencies. Manage all inquiries, investigations, and inspections with professionalism.
Statutory Management: Ensure timely submission of all statutory reports and filings. Monitor regulatory updates to ensure our compliance posture is always current.
Certificate Lifecycle: Develop, implement, and monitor a robust system for the annual renewal of all operational and compliance certificates.
Governance & Investigations: Investigate compliance breaches, document findings, and recommend corrective actions. Ensure all practices align with corporate governance principles.
Administrative & Documentation Excellence
Document Control: Manage comprehensive filing systems and general documentation for all departments to ensure records are accurate, secure, and easily accessible.
Legal & Contract Support: Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and agreements. Provide legal and compliance support through errands and administrative coordination.
Procedure Management: Draft, update, and implement internal procedures and policies to ensure they remain aligned with legal and regulatory requirements.
Training & Advisory
Capacity Building: Provide periodic compliance training to staff members to ensure widespread understanding of organizational policies.
Operational Advice: Serve as an internal advisor, ensuring that departmental activities adhere to established compliance frameworks.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial & Labour Relations, or a related field from a reputable institution.
Experience: 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in a Compliance, Administrative, or similar role within a reputable organization.
Demographics: We are seeking a female candidate between the ages of 27 and 35.
Location: Must reside within Ikeja, Ojota, Ketu, or the immediate environs.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of risk management and corporate governance best practices.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and documentation capabilities.
Soft Skills:
