Job Description:
- The Community & Marketing Manager will lead the design and execution of Innovate Africa’s brand and community strategy.
- You ’ll manage high-impact campaigns, shape our public narrative, guide digital content direction, and serve as our point person for press and communications partnerships.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand communications, or public relations
- Proven success leading strategy and storytelling for a growing brand or organization
- Excellent copywriting and campaign design skills
- Experience managing teams, agencies, or creative collaborators
- Strong familiarity with African innovation, entrepreneurship, or development ecosystems
- Strong press release and media pitching experience
- Experience working with mission-driven organizations, nonprofits, or innovation hubs
- Familiarity with impact reporting or donor communications
- Has knowledge of and contacts within the tech and innovation media space in Africa.
Salary
