We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are looking for a skilled communicator to help shape how we show up across Africa's tech ecosystem.
• In this role, you will create content that strengthens our brand, tell the stories of the founders we back, and manage the digital channels through which we engage our community.
• This role offers hands-on experience in brand building and community engagement in the venture capital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality content across formats: social media posts, videos, articles, and newsletters
• Manage Oui Capital's social media accounts; track and analyse performance and use insights to refine reach and engagement.
• Lead planning and production of the Oui Talk podcast, from guest research to promotion.
• Support the design and execution of in-person and online events, handling logistics, communications, partnerships, and post-event recaps.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of demonstrated work experience in content creation, social media management, communications, or community-building.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a sharp eye for detail.
• Experience with podcast production or multimedia content.
• Proficiency with design and editing tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, etc.). Knowledge of the African tech ecosystem.
