Job Description:

• We're seeking a Commercial Planning and Analytics Specialist to join our team, responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic planning.
• The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in commercial planning, and the ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Planning: Develop and maintain commercial plans, forecasts, and analyses to support business growth.
• Data Analysis: Analyze large data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up to date on industry trends and market dynamics.
• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support business cases and strategic initiatives.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective decision-making.
• Insight Generation: Provide data-driven insights to inform business strategy, optimize pricing, and improve profitability.
• Reporting and Visualization: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• A Master’s degree or professional certification is an added advantage.

Experience

• 3 - 7 years of experience in commercial planning, business analytics, or financial planning within Fintech, Banking, Telecom, FMCG, or similar industries.
• Proven ability to develop and manage commercial models, pricing strategies, and revenue forecasts.
• Strong experience in data analysis, business performance tracking, and reporting.
• Practical understanding of market trends, customer segmentation, and financial drivers.
• Intermediate knowledge of accounting and finance principles, with the ability to apply concepts in commercial decision-making.
• Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel.
• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
