Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive, confident, and results-driven individual to join our team as a Collection Officer in Jankara, Ijaiye, Lagos. If you possess a strong passion for loan recovery and excel at achieving financial targets, we want to hear from you. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional looking to contribute to our mission of maintaining healthy credit portfolios through effective communication and negotiation.

Requirements:

• Customer Engagement: Proactively contact customers to follow up on outstanding loan repayments and resolve payment delinquencies.

• Negotiation: Expertly negotiate and establish feasible, mutually agreeable repayment plans with clients to ensure recovery.

• Documentation: Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all collection activities and customer interactions in our management systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum qualification of an SSCE.

• Experience: Previous experience in loan recovery is considered a significant added advantage.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in working within the Nigerian market and navigating digital collection tools.

• Hardware Requirement: Must own an Android phone with at least 3GB RAM for seamless operational performance.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the confidence to handle difficult conversations professionally.
