Job Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable, proactive, and articulate Clinical Service Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a critical bridge between our innovative medical products and the healthcare professionals who use them. You will play a pivotal role in the launch of new products, providing the technical clinical guidance necessary to ensure successful product adoption and improved patient outcomes.

Requirements:
Product Launch & Education
Launch Support: Assist in the strategic planning and execution of new product launches.
Clinical Training: Provide in-depth clinical information and hands-on training to healthcare professionals (HCPs), ensuring they understand the application, benefits, and safety of our products.
Presentations: Conduct professional clinical presentations and product demonstrations to groups of medical staff, pharmacy teams, and other providers.
Relationship & Field Engagement
HCP Engagement: Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other key healthcare providers.
Feedback Loops: Act as the "eyes and ears" in the field. Gather market insights and practitioner feedback to support continuous product improvement and strategy adjustment.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure our messaging is accurate, medically sound, and effective in driving product success.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: A Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Laboratory Sciences, Public Health, or a related health-discipline.
Experience:
You must have completed your NYSC program.
Relevant clinical or healthcare experience is considered a significant advantage.
Age: You must be 28 years of age or below.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You have the ability to break down complex medical/clinical information into clear, actionable, and persuasive points.
Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
A professional, polished, and confident demeanor.
Ability to work effectively both as an independent operator and as a collaborative team member.
Technical: Computer literacy is required to manage reporting and presentations.
