Job Description:

Adaptive Care Medicals is seeking two (2) highly disciplined Clinical Research Officers to serve as the primary bridge between our organization and leading healthcare institutions. This is a high-stakes, hybrid role designed for medical professionals who can navigate complex clinical environments, present technical solutions to administrators, and oversee product evaluations with scientific rigor.

You will act as a Portfolio Owner, managing a specific cluster of facilities. Your mission is to move institutions from the initial engagement phase through structured evaluation and into the procurement cycle. Requirements:

1. Institutional Engagement & Technical Advocacy

• Clinical Liaison: Initiate and coordinate high-level meetings with healthcare facility administrators and clinical heads.

• Solution Presentation: Confidently present company products and research-backed solutions within formal medical environments.

• Evaluation Oversight: Supervise on-site product evaluations, providing technical guidance to facility staff to ensure protocol compliance.

2. Data Integrity & Research Coordination

• GCP Alignment: Conduct all activities in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ensuring ethical standards and patient/institution safety.

• Structured Documentation: Maintain meticulous reporting logs, facility profiles, and data entry using Google Sheets and Microsoft Office.

• Transition Management: Support the seamless transition of facilities from the "Evaluation Phase" to the "Procurement Phase" based on successful clinical outcomes.

3. Portfolio Management & Field Operations

• Facility Ownership: Act as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio, ensuring consistent follow-ups and relationship health.

• Hybrid Execution: Balance Mondays and Wednesdays in-office with structured field visits to facilities across the assigned region.

• Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on facility status, evaluation progress, and potential revenue bottlenecks.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Sciences, or Public Health.

• Licensure: Must be a Licensed Nurse or certified nursing professional.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a clinical or research setting. (Exceptional fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered).

• Certification: GCP (Good Clinical Practice) certification is highly desirable.
