Job Description:

We are seeking a high-impact Clinical Operations & Growth Manager to lead the operational and strategic expansion of our growing physiotherapy clinic. This role is a hybrid of healthcare leadership and business development, designed for a professional who can bring structure to clinic workflows while aggressively driving patient acquisition. You will be the central coordinator for our medical team, ensuring that every patient whether in-clinic or on a field assignment receives world-class rehabilitative care.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who understands the Lagos healthcare market and can build lucrative partnerships with corporate organizations, gyms, and medical providers.

Requirements:

Operations Leadership & Team Coordination

• Daily Oversight: Lead the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure seamless service delivery and facility management.

• Therapist Coordination: Manage the schedules and assignments of physiotherapists across both in-clinic consultations and external field assignments.

• Process Improvement: Implement operational structures that improve patient scheduling, treatment coordination, and overall clinic efficiency.

Patient Administration & Experience

• Intake Management: Oversee patient inquiries, intake processes, and the professional handling of consultation forms.

• Service Standards: Ensure a premium, professional experience for every patient, from the initial inquiry to the completion of their treatment plan.

• Retention Tracking: Monitor patient retention rates and ensure high levels of treatment completion and patient satisfaction.

Business Development & Strategic Growth

• Referral Partnerships: Identify and develop strategic relationships with healthcare providers, sports organizations, and fitness centers to drive patient referrals.

• Corporate Wellness: Design and coordinate physiotherapy wellness programs and "wellness retreats" for corporate organizations and multinational companies.

• Acquisition Initiatives: Lead marketing and growth initiatives aimed at increasing the clinic’s market share in the Lagos rehabilitation sector.

Team Leadership & Accountability

• Supervision: Manage physiotherapists and support staff, ensuring high clinical standards and professional accountability.

• Field Monitoring: Track and supervise field service activities to ensure quality control outside the clinic walls.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

• Experience: 4–6 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinic administration, or hospital management.

• Degree: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Preferred Advantage: A postgraduate qualification (MPH, MSc Healthcare Management, or MBA) and professional certifications in clinic management are significant assets.
