Job Description:
Micdee Design Limited is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our firm and our clients. In this strategic role, you will ensure seamless communication, project satisfaction, and the development of long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will combine expert client service skills with a solid technical background in architecture, civil engineering, or building construction to effectively translate and manage client expectations throughout all project phases.
Requirements:
Client Liaison & Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact from project initiation to completion. Build and maintain enduring partnerships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Project Briefing & Coordination: Translate complex client requirements into clear, actionable project briefs for our internal design, site, and operations teams.
Proactive Communication: Monitor project progress closely, proactively updating clients on timelines, risks, and proposed solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with architects, project managers, and site teams to ensure project delivery remains perfectly aligned with client expectations.
Conflict Resolution: Manage client feedback, complaints, and escalations with high professional standards and efficiency.
Performance & Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Business Development Support: Assist the business development team in client acquisition, proposal drafting, and project presentations.
Reporting & Analytics: Track client satisfaction metrics, implement improvement strategies, and prepare detailed reports on service performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in client service, project coordination, or relationship management specifically within the construction or design industry.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, architectural design workflows, and project delivery lifecycle.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; capable of managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
Problem-Solving: Proactive, detail-oriented approach to identifying and resolving project bottlenecks.
Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and professional project management software.
Advantageous: Professional certifications or memberships (e.g., NIA, NSE, or CORBON).
