Job Description:

• We are seeking skilled and motivated professionals to fill the position of Civil Laboratory Technician / Engineer. Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering role-specific duties with accuracy, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence.
• You will contribute to organizational objectives, ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards, and work collaboratively to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

• Material Testing & Inspection.
• Site Quality Control.
• Documentation & Reporting.
• Equipment Handling & Calibration.
• Standards Compliance.
• Non-Conformance & Corrective Action.
• Coordination.

Requirements:

Education:

• Candidates should possess an OND/ HND / B.Eng in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology.

Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):

• Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria registration (for Engineers).
• Membership with Nigerian Society of Engineers.
• Relevant laboratory or QA/QC certifications.

Experience:

• Technician: 2–5 years in construction laboratory testing
• Engineer: 5+ years in materials/QC roles
• Experience in infrastructure or high-rise projects is an advantage

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of material testing procedures and standards.
• Ability to interpret:
  • Drawings
  • Specifications.
  • Mix designs.
  • Familiarity with QA/QC systems and ITPs.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (reporting and tracking)
