Job Description:

Konstructum Contracting Company is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team. This is a critical role for our EPCIC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation & Commissioning) operations. You will be responsible for the planning, design review, execution, and supervision of all civil and structural works, ensuring our large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements:

• Project Planning & Execution: Oversee civil activities—including earthworks, foundations, concrete, drainage, and structural steel—ensuring alignment with approved designs and project schedules.

• Design Review & Technical Oversight: Provide expert review of drawings for constructability and accuracy; proactively resolve design discrepancies in collaboration with engineering teams.

• Site Supervision & QA/QC: Direct subcontractors and site teams; enforce rigorous quality control measures, including material testing (concrete, soil, steel) and inspection protocols.

• Interface Management: Coordinate seamlessly with mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines to ensure project integration.

• HSE Compliance: Champion a "safety-first" culture; enforce site-wide HSE policies and ensure all works comply with environmental and safety regulations.

• Business Development: Act as a technical lead in preparing bids and tenders. Identify new project opportunities and cultivate long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Reporting: Manage all project documentation, including progress updates, as-built drawings, and final project close-out files.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

• Experience: 10–12 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, specifically within EPC/EPCIC or large-scale industrial construction environments.

• Professional Certification: COREN registration is preferred. PMP certification and safety credentials (OSHA/NEBOSH) are distinct advantages.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Strong command of AutoCAD / Civil 3D and MS Office Suite.

  • Deep understanding of civil/structural design principles and construction sequencing.

  • Advantage: Proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project, STAAD Pro, or BIM (Revit).
