Job Description:

AT Limited is seeking a high-caliber, COREN-certified Civil Engineer to join an elite real estate development team in Abuja (Maitama / Asokoro / Wuse). In the luxury real estate sector, engineering is the foundation of brand reputation; we are looking for a professional who treats structural integrity and aesthetic precision with equal importance.

Your mission is to serve as the lead technical steward for residential and commercial developments. You will be responsible for the end-to-end engineering lifecycle—from structural analysis and technical drawing to on-site contractor supervision and regulatory compliance. Requirements:

1. Structural Design & Technical Architecture

• Engineering Design: Develop and refine civil engineering plans for high-end residential and commercial properties, ensuring they meet both architectural intent and environmental requirements.

• Structural Analysis: Perform rigorous structural assessments to ensure all designs meet or exceed Nigerian building codes and international safety standards.

• Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and precise cost estimates that serve as the blueprint for project success.

2. Construction Supervision & Quality Control

• On-Site Governance: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring every contractor and laborer adheres to COREN standards and project specifications.

• Site Inspections: Conduct frequent, meticulous site inspections to monitor progress, identify deviations early, and enforce strict quality benchmarks.

• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and resolve potential site condition risks or engineering bottlenecks to prevent delays in the construction timeline.

3. Stakeholder Synergy & Project Management

• Collaborative Leadership: Act as the technical bridge between architects, contractors, and investors to ensure seamless project execution.

• Regulatory Compliance: Manage all project permits, environmental reports, and statutory documentation to ensure 100% legal compliance for every development.

• Innovation: Stay updated on emerging materials and smart technologies to enhance project efficiency and the long-term sustainability of the assets.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Certification (MANDATORY): Must be COREN (CIRen) certified.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience, with a distinct preference for high-end Real Estate or commercial construction.

• Technical Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent structural design tools.
