Job Description:

We are seeking a creative, technically skilled, and detail-oriented Cinematographer to become the visual storyteller for our rapidly growing real estate firm. You will be responsible for bringing our properties to life through high-end photography and video production. If you possess a cinematic eye, a passion for real estate architecture, and the ability to craft compelling narratives that sell, this is the perfect opportunity to define the visual identity of our brand.

Requirements:

• Content Production: Capture high-quality video tours, interior/exterior photography, and drone footage of properties and project sites.

• Production Management: Plan and execute shoots for promotional campaigns, client/team interviews, and corporate events, ensuring perfect lighting and visual composition.

• Post-Production: Edit and produce polished, engaging video content tailored for social media, our website, and high-stakes marketing presentations.

• Equipment Mastery: Operate and maintain our suite of professional cameras, drones, lighting rigs, and audio equipment.

• Collaborative Strategy: Partner with our marketing and media team to brainstorm creative concepts that drive engagement and align with our brand identity.

• Asset Management: Manage our media archives, ensuring all files are organized, backed up, and easily accessible for future campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Proven professional experience as a Cinematographer, Videographer, or in a similar creative production role. Experience in real estate media is a distinct advantage.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro).

  • Hands-on experience with professional cameras, drones, lighting, and audio equipment.
